Sign up for an account—The registration process is similar to online shopping. Each party (teacher, parent, participant) creates an online account. 

If the student is 18 or under, a parent MUST first create a profile.

This year, we are using new registration software. You only need to create an account once; this can be used for future festivals. If you are a returning musician, you must create a new account.

You can edit the registration before February 14.

Late submissions will NOT be accepted. Refunds are not available after the registrations are closed on February 14.

Payment must be made by credit card.

Rules and Regulations – The BVMF follows the Rules and Regulations of the AMFA.

The Provincial Festival will recommend that you be eligible for the Canada West National Festival event.  For details, please go to the Alberta Music Festival website - www.albertamusicfestival.org
